Support The SIUE Cougar Cupboard

Thank you for choosing to support the SIUE Cougar Cupboard university food pantry. We offer food, toiletry, self-care and personal hygiene products to students, staff and faculty at no cost. We provide a client-choice model (shopping experience) when clients visit. All of our items, including food, toiletries, hygiene items, the fixtures in the space and volunteer time necessary for daily operations, are all donated.

Monetary donations are used to purchase food for specific programs or items needed to perform the work that supports the operations and client needs. In the last year, our staff has been trained on how to complete applications for SNAP benefits with clients that wish to apply. Additionally, we have created innovative programs allowing us to offer "subscription style" meal kits to a limited number of students.
